The Importance of Virtual Patent Marking

On Wednesday, March 27, I spoke at the LES Aerospace & Transportation Committee meeting about the importance of virtual patent marking. Under 35 U.S.C. 287(a), failure to mark products will deprive patent owners ability to collect damages for pre-notice infringement.

Today I had the honor of giving the keynote address at the LES Asia Pacific Regional Conference held in Tokyo. With more than 270 registrants, this was the second largest LES meeting ever to be held in Japan.
