Cameron Gray is an Associate in Ocean Tomo's Chicago office working in the Investments group. He has consulted on a number of engagements within the Expert Testimony practice including the determination of economic damages in patent infringement, trademark infringement and trade secret misappropriation litigation. Mr. Gray has worked closely with most of Ocean Tomo’s practice areas, including the risk management practice, Ocean Tomo Federal Services and the valuation practice. Mr. Gray has been published in The Licensing Journal and Intellectual Asset Management.
Prior to joining Ocean Tomo, Mr. Gray was a Managing Director with Promontory Interfinancial Network, a private company offering liability solutions to banks. His role included sales, trading operations and new product development. Prior to this, Mr. Gray traded bonds and derivatives at a hedge fund, focusing principally on the Japanese market from 1998 to 2002.
Mr. Gray holds a B.A. in Physics from Princeton University, a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from The George Washington University School of Law. Mr. Gray’s art has been shown in galleries in Virginia and Massachusetts. He is currently working on portfolios of photography, paintings, and assemblages.
