Philip C. Hartstein, Director Ocean Tomo Analytics, will present at the Global BioExecutive Program 2005 to be held at UC Berkeley's HAAS School for Business and Executive Development. The program will take place on Berkeley's campus on Thursday, May 26th, 2005. Mr. Hartstein will co-present with members of Howard Rice (www.howardrice.com ) in two parts on tactical patent strategies and gaining access to existing IP. Both presentations will emphasize the importance of IP in the Pharma and Biotechnology industries. This seminar is designed for C-level executives, Senior Executives, VC's, Partners, Senior Counsels, and Managing Directors.
