Due Diligence Report Contents
IPQ® Report -Provide an objective and statistically valid assessment of the overall quality and potential value of individual patents. IPQ scores measure and compare patent quality and value based on the cumulative characteristics of patents that make them more or less likely to produce economic returns.
Relevance Report - An analysis of the top 25 most relevant companies and the top 250 most relevant patents to a target patent, derived from the PatentRatings system. This report also includes analysis and trends for the related USPTO class.
Patent Exchange Value (PEV) - Assessment of patent value in relation to other patents. The PEV is an age-adjusted, statistically-derived expectation of relative value measured from the perspective of a hypothetical reasonable patent holder, relative to an estimated media expected “maintenance value” of a typical newly-issued patent.
Chain of Title Analysis - Identifies missing or defective assignments, security interests and defects in the patent chain of title.
Inventor Analysis - Complete analytical breakdown of key inventors, including patent activity by class, affiliated companies and affiliated inventors.
