I confess to being a news junkie.
My first hour of each day repeats CNN New Day with Chris and Alisyn followed by CBS This Morning with Charlie, Gayle and Norah concluding with industry news through IP Law 360. My attention is always to anything tech, IP or Ocean Tomo. Yesterday was a strong day start to finish with all three but ending with an article discussing the recent record setting patent verdict and my partner Andrew Carter. “Lessons From The Largest Patent Damages Award In History” presents an interesting take on the presenting a claim for damages to a jury, from opening statement to closing argument. The author presents four lessons and is worth a read.
