Ocean Tomo testifying expert Justin Lewis participates in Intellectual Property (IP) Damages Workshop at 2019 USC Intellectual Property Institute

Ocean Tomo Managing Director, Justin Lewis, joins a panel discussion at the USC IP Institute focused on Intellectual Property (IP) remedies. The panel of legal and economic damages experts will discuss recent developments in the area of IP damages originating from cases in both trial and appellate courts.

During the half-day workshop on IP Damages, Justin’s panel discussion will focus on the increasing complexity of lawsuits with multiple types of IP rights asserted drawing upon recent developments in IP damages in IP cases from trial and appellate courts, to frame the discussion.

The USC IP Institute will include over 600 IP professionals gathering to discuss a variety of emerging issues and best practices in damages, copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret and related fields.
