Victoria (Tori) is a Senior Analyst in the Financial Experts business unit working out of the Reston (DC Metro) office. Tori provides litigation support and forensic accounting consulting services in industries involving insurance, government contracts, and nuclear power. Areas of focus have included spent nuclear fuel, alleged breach of contract, evaluation of economic damages, and auditing claimed damages documentation. Casework frequently involves research related to GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB standards and industry-specific authoritative literature. Tori is responsible for assisting counsel in all aspects of litigation proceedings including document review and discovery, fieldwork, deposition support, preparation of expert reports, analysis of opposing experts’ reports, and ultimately trial phase.
Tori’s recent experience includes evaluating alleged damages between a government contractor and the Department of Navy from alleged contract solicitation inaccuracies and calculating economic damages resulting from an alleged partial breach of contract between multiple nuclear utilities and the United States Department of Energy.
Tori is a 2017 graduate of the University of Richmond where she earned a BSBA in Accounting and a minor in Latin American and Iberian Studies.
