Christopher Huh is a Manager in the Intellectual Property Disputes Financial Expert Testimony practice, working from the Chicago headquarters of Ocean Tomo, a part of J.S. Held. The practice area quantifies economic damages arising from intellectual property disputes and provides general litigation support.
Mr. Huh possesses over six years of experience assessing commercial damages in matters related to intellectual property. He has supported clients in all phases of the litigation process from discovery to trial, for engagements covering many technologies and industries, including, consumer electronics, drugs & pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, emergency vehicles, and semiconductors, among others. Many engagements have involved the evaluation and analysis of financial data used to either support or rebut the quantification of lost profits, reasonable royalties, price erosion, and/or unjust enrichment.
In addition to his role at Ocean Tomo, Mr. Huh has participated in and supported the Advanced Trial Advocacy course at the Notre Dame Law School.
Mr. Huh graduated with honors from Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business with a BBA in finance and operations management.
