Maliha Zuberi has a decade of professional experience consulting with clients and advising on intellectual property matters and complex commercial disputes.
Ms. Zuberi has worked on variety of engagements including SEP and non-SEP patents, trademark, and copyright as well as performed analysis related to statistical extrapolation, reasonable royalties, lost profits, unjust enrichment, and other measures of economic impact. Ms. Zuberi’s experience covers a wide range of technology related industries, including mobile devices, telecommunications, semiconductors, drones, on-demand grocery delivery, pharmaceuticals, automotive, biotechnology, real estate, insurance, banking, and aviation.
Prior to joining the team at Ocean Tomo, Ms. Zuberi was a Vice President in the Intellectual Property Disputes practice at Duff and Phelps/Kroll for over 9 years. She holds a M.S. in Actuarial Science, with a specialization in Finance, from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
