Quarter Three

OTSA develops a Strategic Plan with a step-by-step roadmap moving your company toward greater IP-based revenue.

Quarter Four

OTSA provides management training to ensure decisions are being made in line with the developed guiding principles and strategy.

Years Two and Three

OTSA will provide your firm with continual assistance in litigation, licensing and sales efforts throughout years two and three of the Strategic Plan.

Close collaboration with clients may, in certain cases, require relocation of Ocean Tomo analysts to a client site for longer term engagements.
