Adam Einbinder is a Senior Analyst in the Intellectual Property Disputes Financial Expert Testimony practice at Ocean Tomo, a part of J.S. Held, based out of the San Francisco office. The practice area quantifies economic damages arising from intellectual property disputes and provides general litigation support.
Mr. Einbinder employs various valuation methodologies and advanced quantitative techniques to determine damages figures for our clients, and moreover advises clients in the context of license negotiations and strategic management of IP portfolios.
Prior to joining Ocean Tomo, Mr. Einbinder worked as an economist at one of the largest economic consulting firms, analyzing vast datasets and financial models to support litigation in the areas of intellectual property, energy, antitrust, and labor and employment. He holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics and Econometrics from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis. Apart from his graduate studies, he also published an academic paper pertaining to the economic impacts of deploying innovative energy generation technologies.
