Maliha Zuberi is a Director in the Intellectual Properties Disputes Financial Expert Testimony practice, working from the San Francisco office of Ocean Tomo, a part of J.S. Held. Ms. Zuberi has a decade of professional experience consulting with clients and advising on intellectual property matters and complex commercial disputes.
Ms. Zuberi has worked on variety of engagements including SEP and non–SEP patents, trademark, and copyright as well as performed analysis related to statistical extrapolation, reasonable royalties, lost profits, unjust enrichment, and other measures of economic impact. Ms. Zuberi’s experience covers a wide range of technology related industries, including mobile devices, telecommunications, semiconductors, drones, on–demand grocery delivery, pharmaceuticals, automotive, biotechnology, real estate, insurance, banking, and aviation.
Prior to joining the team at Ocean Tomo, Ms. Zuberi was a Vice President in the Intellectual Property Disputes
