Molly Keelan is the Senior Director of Business Development overseeing client services for Ocean Tomo, LLC, a consulting firm providing monetization, valuation, and expert testimony related to intangible assets. Ms. Keelan works with clients to capture benefits inherent to the rapid growth of intellectual property as an asset class.

Ms. Keelan’s efforts at Ocean Tomo are concentrated in building client relationships within the expert testimony and valuation practices. In working with the firm’s CEO, COO, and Managing Directors, she develops firm-wide and practice group-specific key account strategies establishing and nurturing long term client relationships. Through speaking engagements and conference participation, Ms. Keelan advances her thought leadership and that of the firm.

Ms. Keelan serves as the Co-Chair of the Professional Development and Women in IP committees of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA). She is Founder and Board Chair of the Chicago Women in IP, ChiWIP. She also serves on the board of two Chicago non-profit organizations, GirlForward and the Women’s Treatment Center (TWTC).

Ms.Keelan has worked in the legal industry since 1990. During this time, she was the Director for Zagnoli McEvoy Foley (ZMF), a jury research and presentation firm, leading the sales and marketing management of the Intellectual Property, Product Liability, and Antitrust practices. Prior to the successful acquisition of Noetic Creative Group by ZMF, Ms. Keelan was one of the founding partners of Noetic Creative Group, a Midwest graphics and presentation firm specializing in IP pretrial presentations. Ms. Keelan previously held account management positions with FTI Corporation and Xerox Corporation.
